KSM-66 Ashwagandha Gummies

I've tried a few different brands of Ashwagandha gummies and these seem to be just as good quality and work just as well!The only major difference is that they have 4gm of sugar - 1gm more than the other brands.They also taste more sour than sweet - still yummy.The gummies aren't melted together - issue I have had in the past.And they do work well for helping calm you down - I use as part of a bed time ritual :)

I am concerned so if you want to try this supplement, please consult your doctor or primary health care provider for any adverse side-effect or impact especially if you are taking other medications.

I take two of these gummies daily every morning. Very wonderfully soft and chewy, extremely fresh with a great sweet fruit aroma as soon as you open the jar. The taste is also very palatable, apple berry is the flavor and it is a perfect combination of fruits. These gummies are easily digestible with no strange aftertaste. Very tightly sealed container with a twist off lid.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic ayurvedic medicine and is good for so many things. My husband wanted to try it out for workout recovery. I found him this gummie that has no other active ingredients, just ashwagandha, because some of the other common combinations don’t agree with him and make him feel hot. He just recently started taking this so it’s too soon to tell if it’s helping, but he likes the taste and texture of the gummies, and has had no side effects at all. Great price too.

We've been using Daily Nutra's supplements for awhile now and when I saw they had gummies I was super excited. They are bigger than I expected but it doesn't bother me at all, it was a very acquired taste at first but now it doesn't bother me and I can get hints of the apple berry flavoring. I've been taking one gummy in the morning and one at night along with my other supplements from them for a few days now and I have noticed I'm falling asleep a little bit faster than normal and actually staying asleep more than I was before. Aside from the shock of the taste at first (which I got use to super fast) I'd definitely recommend these to others
