New studies reveal that a super-low-fat, high-fiber diet is NOT good for boosting your T levels.

Researchers at UCLA discovered that men who greatly cut out their fat intake and increase their fiber intake experienced a 12% drop in their testosterone levels.(1) That means that even if you’re losing weight with that low-fat diet, there are other ramifications that you might not make you happy.

However, do remember that not all fats are created equal. Don’t start binging on those potato chips or fatty meat cuts! First, consider the types of fats that you’re eating.

When it comes to fat in your diet, remember this: Avoid trans or saturated fats, and eat only healthy fats like the omega-3s.

Foods that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids are delicious and good for you. You can find omega-3 fats in many foods, such as: wild-caught salmon, avocado, walnuts, olives, olive oil, eggs, and leafy green veggies like kale, spinach and collards.
